Call to Artists— “Flower Power” Exhibition at Palm Beach International Airport

Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places Program is issuing a call to visual artists who reside in Palm Beach County to submit a photograph of their artwork to be considered for a four-month exhibition at the Palm Beach International Airport.

“Flower Power,” the theme of the 2006-2007 fall/winter exhibition, invites artists to explore Palm Beach County’s year-round bounty of blossoms and floriferous gardens. In order for artwork to be considered for selection, the submission must reflect the exhibition theme.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Please submit only 1 (one) entry.
Please include the following:

1. One photograph (no larger than 8½” x 11”) of the artwork to be considered. Place a label on the back of each photograph with name, address, telephone number, email address, title of work, medium, frame size, year completed and sale price.  All two-dimensional artwork must be a minimum size of 16”x20” framed.
2. A current resume.  (Previous exhibition experience is not a prerequisite for selection). 
3. A self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of photo. 

If selected, the medium of work represented in the submitted photograph must be the medium of work the artist intends to exhibit.
