At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on July 10, 2007, Commissioner McCarty presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Sandsifters in recognition of dedicated and ongoing commitment in keeping the beaches of Palm Beach County clean and energizing more than 600 volunteers from various communities to help with this worthy cause.
