Masilotti Provides Funding for Pierson Road Improvements
At the August 22 Wellington Village Council meeting, Commissioner Tony Masilotti presented the village with a check for $400,000 in transportation improvement funds to pay for the widening of Pierson Road. Pictured (l-r) are Vice Mayor Bob Margolis, Councilman Carmine Priore, Mayor Tom Wenham, Commissioner Masilotti, Councilwoman Lizbeth Benacquisto, Councilwoman Laurie Cohen, Village Manager Charlie Lynn, and U.S. Rep. Mark Foley who was on hand for a federal legislative update. The council members thanked Commissioner Masilotti for his loyal support of village projects and programs during his eight years on the County Commission.
