BCC Meeting of Aug. 19, 2008 Canceled and
Emergency Meeting to be Held Today,

Meeting to be Aired Live on Channel 20
As a result of the approach of Tropical Storm Fay, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008 has been canceled. An emergency BCC meeting will be held today, Aug. 18, 2008 at 4 p.m. in the Jane M. Thompson Memorial Chambers, 6th floor of Governmental Center. The meeting will be aired live on Channel 20. The emergency BCC meeting in the Chambers will address the following agenda items to be voted on:
- Item #6E1 – Resolution approving the issuance of Public Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2008
- Item #6I1 – Motion to approve Child Care Food Program and the Child Care Food Program Delegation of Signing Authority Form
Additionally, the Value Adjustment Board Meeting scheduled for Aug. 19, 2008 at 9 a.m. has also been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
