Public Meeting on Future Land Uses in Urban Redevelopment Area Sept. 14

The Palm Beach County Planning Division is hosting an informational public meeting regarding proposed changes to future land uses and area-specific regulations for certain parcels along South Military Trail, South Congress Avenue and Lake Worth Road, as well as the intersection of 10th Avenue North and Florida Mango Road.

The meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, at 6 p.m., in the multipurpose room of the Palm Beach County Main Library, 3650 Summit Blvd., West Palm Beach.

Planning staff will make a brief presentation followed by a question and answer session. The proposed changes would assign urban future land use (FLU) designations to promote redevelopment and infill within the county’s urban redevelopment area (URA).
