Certificates of Appreciation to Several Members of the Community

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Sept. 14, 2010, Commissioner Taylor presented Certificates of Appreciation to several members of the community for their efforts in providing quality summer programs that combat summer learning loss and help children in District 7 get ahead.  Pictured above (l to r):  front - Capt.
