At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Sept. 13, 2011, Commissioner Shelley Van conducted a swearing-in ceremony for the new group of Literacy AmeriCorps members.  The volunteers come to Palm Beach County from different states to serve here for one year with small stipends.
