Proclamation to Joyce Johnston

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on October 3, 2006, Commissioner Newell presented a proclamation to Joyce Johnston, President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, declaring the week of October 2 - 6, 2006 as "Professional Legal Management Week" in Palm Beach County.
