Proclamation to Michele Troy

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on October 3, 2006, Commissioner Greene (left) presented a proclamation to Michele Troy declaring October 7, 2006 as "Head Start/Early Head Start Reunion and Awareness Day" in Palm Beach County.
