Proclamation to Terrence Bailey

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on October 3, 2006, Commissioner McCarty presented a proclamation to Terrence Bailey declaring October 10, 2006 as "Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day" in Palm Beach County.
