Abrams Speaks at Boca Raton Rotary Club

On November 4, 2009, Commissioner Abrams was invited to speak to members of the Boca Raton Rotary Club.  He provided them with an update on current issues and challenges including the 2010 projected budget deficit of approximately $100 million.  He also discussed the recent undertaking by the county to create an ethics commission and an inspector general position as a result of a report issued by a grand jury.
