Commissioner Aaronson Attends Groundbreaking for Everglades Restoration

County Commissioner Burt Aaronson joined other commissioners and local officials for a ground-breaking ceremony held on Oct. 29, 2010 at the Fran Reich Preserve Site 1 Impoundment. 

This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and will increase the much needed water storage capacity and water management flexibility adjacent to the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National wildlife Refuge.
