Commissioner McCarty Presents Certificate of Appreciation
At the Gulfstream Town Meeting on December 8, 2006, Commissioner McCarty presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Town of Gulfstream Mayor William F. Koch in recognition of his commitment, integrity and dedication to the residents of the Town of Gulfstream. He has served as mayor for 40 continuous years as a devoted public servant, while also finding time to support countless community and charitable organizations.
