At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on December 4, 2007, Commissioner Karen Marcus presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. William E. Pruitt for over 22 years of distinguished and unselfish service to Palm Beach County as a Code Enforcement Board Member and Code Enforcement Special Master from October 1984 to April 2007.
