BCC Workshop on Traditional Town Development and Open Space Tuesday

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is slated to discuss a number of important issues pertaining to the Central-Western Communities area at its workshop on Tuesday, March 27, 2007. The workshop will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the sixth floor chambers of the County Governmental Center, 301 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach.

The agenda item titled “Traditional Town Development and Open Space” is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Among the issues to be presented by Planning, Zoning & Building staff are the Traditional Town Development (TTD) pattern, including residential density and open space requirements in the rural areas.
