Palm Beach County Art in Public Places announces a $611,500 “Exterior Light Project” commission for the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Professional artists or artist teams with demonstrated experience in creating signature artwork in the public realm are invited to submit materials which demonstrate their ability to create a new light installation to accentuate the facility’s prominent west and northwest exterior to create an eye-catching, memorable gateway to Palm Beach County and the City of West Palm Beach for hundreds of thousands of residents and visitors to enjoy.
Submittal Deadline: May 11, 2007 5:00 p.m. EST
