“Drowning Prevention Awareness Month”

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 10, 2007, Commissioner Warren H. Newell (left) presented a proclamation to Anna Plotkin (center) and Chief Herman Brice (right) declaring April 2007 as “Drowning Prevention Awareness Month” in Palm Beach County.
