Pathways to Public Transportation Forums Announced

Palm Tran CONNECTION, the paratransit division of Palm Beach County’s public transportation agency, is hosting a series of “Pathways to Public Transportation” forums. These are being held to better educate the public regarding transportation options and to assist potential new riders with the process of completing the application to utilize the paratransit service.
The dates for the next two forums are:

  • Tuesday, May 1, 2007
    1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
    Palm Beach County Library-Main Branch

  • Tuesday, May 22, 2007
    11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    Palm Beach County Library-Belle Glade Branch
    530 South Main Street
    Belle Glade, FL 33430

Gloria Galloway, outreach manager for Palm Tran CONNECTION, along with representatives from 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast and Palm Tran’s fixed-route division, will be present to answer questions about community services and transportation issues.
