Proclamation to Miriam Davis and Marjorie Silberman

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 1, 2007, Commissioner Karen Marcus (left) presented a proclamation to Miriam Davis (center) and Marjorie Silberman (right) declaring the month of May 2007 as "Mental Health Month" in Palm Beach County.
