"Dolphin Conservation Week"

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 1, 2007, Commissioner Karen Marcus presented a proclamation to Dr. Stefan Harzen declaring the week of May 14 - 18, 2007 as "Dolphin Conservation Week" in Palm Beach County.
