Proclamation to Phil Webb and Cindy Metcalf

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 1, 2007, Commissioner Addie L. Greene presented a proclamation to Phil Webb (left) and Cindy Metcalf (right) declaring the week of May 20 - 26, 2007 as "Emergency Medical Services Week" in Palm Beach County.
