Commissioner Greene Presents Proclamation in Honor of Haitian Heritage Month

On May 2, 2007, Commissioner Addie L. Greene presented a proclamation to Bito David of the Multicultural Education Department with the School District of Palm Beach County.  The proclamation declares the month of May 2007 as Haitian Heritage Month in Palm Beach County.
