Commissioner Mary McCarty speaks with the attendees and Boynton Beach Rotary Club President Joe Condon.

Commissioner McCarty spoke to the Rotarians at their luncheon at the Holiday Inn in Boynton Beach on Thursday, October 18th.  She spoke and answered questions from the group on subjects that included local Boynton Beach issues as well as those that are affecting the county and state at large.
