National Hurricane Center lifts Tropical Storm Watch for Palm Beach County for Tropical Storm Noel
The National Hurricane Center lifts the Tropical Storm Watch for Palm Beach County on November 1, 2007. Palm Beach County officials are monitoring Tropical Storm Noel, but there has been no activation of the Emergency Operations Center.
