At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on November 6, 2007, Commissioner Jeff Koons presented a proclamation, on behalf of Commissioner Addie Greene, to Gail Cooney declaring the month of November 2007 as “National Hospice and Palliative Care Month – Hospice of Palm Beach County’s 30th Anniversary” in Palm Beach County.
