At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on November 6, 2007, Commissioner Koons (left) presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Jim Stuber for his unfailing leadership and dedicated service for 24 years as the Chief Legal Counsel to Discover Palm Beach County and Palm Beach County’s No. 1 industry, tourism, 1983-2007.
