Output Type - indicates a workload or volume of work processed over a period of time.
Countywide target: 40%
Efficiency Type - indicates the ratio of resources to work product. Resources are primarily expressed as staff or budget dollars, and work products can be services or products delivered or work or output produced.
Countywide target: 30%
Outcome Type - indicates the results or changes over time from work performed by the organization to benefit service recipients; indicates the change in the service recipient's condition.
