There is no easier way to register as a new customer than from the privacy of your own computer. Take a minute to give us your name and mailing address. No confidential information of any sort is required.
Enter the full name of the registrant. This must be the name of a person, even if registration is intended for a business or other organization. Items in red print indicate required information.
When you have completed the form, click on the Send It button. That's all there is to it. Within about one week, you will receive a mailed card with your new customer ID number.
Resellers and non-profits may qualify for sales tax exemption on purchases at The Store. If you are claiming this exemption, you must present a valid Florida sales tax certificate at the time of your first visit.
