Fixed Route Records in FY 2011
 In Fiscal Year 2011, Palm Tran achieved a number of ridership
records.
These included:
  • Total Annual Ridership: 11,124,904
  • Avg. Weekday Ridership: 37,708
  • Avg. Saturday Ridership: 20,642
  • Weekday Passengers per Revenue Hour: 28.77

Overall ridership on Palm Tran's fixed-route service in FY2011 increased by almost 8% from FY2010 and has grown by approximately 50% since FY2004. Ridership increased on all routes.
Connection Highlights:
DECEMBER
  • Provided 70,523 Trips.
  • Achieved 1.79 Passengers per Revenue Hour.
  • Answered 35,214 Phone Calls.
  • Processed 816 Eligibility Applications.
  • Received 187 Commendations.
  • Serviced 3,671 bus Pass Walk-In Customers.
