In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, on Monday, May 28th, the Administrative Offices for Palm Tran & Palm Tran CONNECTION will be closed. Fixed Route and Paratransit service will be shut down and only the Planes to Trains shuttle will be in operation.  

Fixed Route Bus Service and Paratransit Service will resume a regular weekday schedule on Tuesday, May 29th and the Administrative Offices for both will reopen on Tuesday, May 29th at 8:00 AM.

Fixed Route Records in FY 2011
In Fiscal Year 2011, Palm Tran achieved a number of ridership
records.
These included:
  • Total Annual Ridership: 11,124,904
  • Avg. Weekday Ridership: 37,708
  • Avg. Saturday Ridership: 20,642
  • Weekday Passengers per Revenue Hour: 28.77

Overall ridership on Palm Tran's fixed-route service in FY2011 increased by almost 8% from FY2010 and has grown by approximately 50% since FY2004. Ridership increased on all routes.
