Effective May 13, 2013, Palm Tran will offer limited-stop bus service on Route 1 during morning & afternoon peak times in addition to our regular service.

Passenger Survey
April 25, 2013 through May 31, 2013
Route 43 & Route 62

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), in co-operation with Palm Tran, is conducting a passenger survey of Routes 43 and 62 between April 25, 2013 and May 31, 2013. The survey results will be used to improve bus service on the Okeechobee Blvd. and Lake Worth Road routes.

You will be handed a card when you board the bus, which you should return when getting off the bus. The surveys will be conducted in English, Spanish and Creole. The surveyors will be wearing an easily identifiable uniform with an FDOT badge.

Your participation will be fully anonymous and cannot be linked back to you. The information will be used to analyze ridership patterns and to plan transit service improvements.

We want to hear from all passengers using these routes to help us improve your travel experience.
