Compliance Coordinator

Seeking a well organized and PC proficient individual with excellent communication skills to perform complex and diverse duties in Human Resources. Candidate needs to possess a strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Affirmative Action plans and needs to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and initiative in the enforcement of policy, programming and procedures relating to the above programs. Duties also include, working closely with Risk Management on FMLA and Workers' Compensation, as well as Palm Tran's Recruiter and the Department Head on monitoring Affirmative Action Plan goals.  $19.35 per hour to start.

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A./B.S. with major course work in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration or related field; three (3) years professional experience working with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation and Affirmative Action Programs; three (2) years of professional or paraprofessional Human Resources experience or any equivalent combo of related training and experience
