Tangible Personal Property Only
On Petition Form DR486T, Sections I, II and III must be completed by the Petitioner.
Section IV requires that the Petition be sworn to by the Petitioner. You may have the petition notarized or you may bring the Form to the nearest Clerk of Circuit Court to be attested.
A $15 Petition filing fee is required for each property. Only one Tangible Personal Property account number may be filed per Petition.
Checks should be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners.
Completed Petitions with separate filing fees may be hand-delivered to the nearest Palm Beach County Clerk of Circuit Court's office or mailed to the Value Adjustment Board
