• Seabreeze: 10% of net ticket sales up to $4,800 or $1,000/event, which ever is greater.
• Sunset Cove: 10% of net ticket sales up to $12,000 or $2,500/event, which ever is greater.

The promoter has the right to distribute 200 complimentary tickets. Those tickets are not subject to ticket surcharge.

Complimentary Tickets                              
Management reserves the right to receive a minimum of seventy-five (75) complimentary tickets per event day.

We do not offer a Box Office Service. The promoter will be responsible for providing this service.

Ticket Manifest
All for profit promoters must provide Amphitheater Management with a valid ticket manifest for ticketed events seven (7) days in advance of the event load in. All tickets must be ripped in half and dropped into the ticket box at the gate.

1. The number and color of each ticket printed at each price category
2. The name of the event, date, time and location of the event
3. The name of the printing company. The manifest must be signed by a manager of the printing company.
