Ballet/Tap/Jazz will focus on teaching ballet positions and terminology while introducing Tap Dance and Jazz movements each week. End of year recital will be held for parents and participants. Wear leotard, tights, ballet shoes, and tap shoes.

Hip Hop Dance will introduce students to isolation movements, warm ups, and learn basic routines of  Hip Hop Dance. Students can expect to gain a better appreciation for exercise and build self esteem. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

This class is for individuals interested in learning about self defense, discipline, and gaining self confidence. Classes are offered for boys, girls, men and women of all ages. All levels of instruction available and provided by the East Coast School of Self Defense. Wear comfortable clothing.

The Mommy and Me program is the perfect program for parents and children to spend quality time together while laying the foundation for pre-school readiness. Join Ms. Jessica for games, stories, singing, and much more. There is a separate $10 material fee due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Start Smart teaches children the basic skills necessary to play organized flag football while working one-on-one and spending quality time with a parent. The program focuses on teaching both the parent and child skills such as throwing, running, catching, and kicking/punting without competition. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Tumble Bear offers a combination of parachute routines and tumbling skills like bear walks, crabwalks, and pee wee cartwheels. Students will also learn basic motor skills such as balancing, jumping, and more. Parents do not need to participate. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
