The Aquatics Section operates four traditional pools and two waterpark facilities. Ocean Rescue is responsible for the safety of beach-goers along 40 miles of coastline. As an intern with the Aquatics Section, you will develop an understanding of operating a multi-faceted aquatic section. Your experience may include:

• Exposure to managing pools, waterparks, and Ocean Rescue
• Development of risk management procedures for various facilities
• Facilitating independent contract agreements
• Planning, fundraising, and implementing special events
• Developing and implementing public safety programs
