A Civic Fee Schedule is available for non-profit organizations. To qualify, an organization must have an elected board and meet regularly. Please be prepared to provide documentation.

  • Tax Exemption: Any person or representative for a group who wants their rental fee to be tax exempt MUST have a copy of their group's valid Consumer's Certificate of Exemption. The name of the organization, as it appears on a check or credit card, MUST match the name on the certificate.

  • Weekend Use: All use of the facility on Saturdays and Sundays, except picnic pavilion and athletic field use, is subject to a four-hour minimum plus an additional $28 per hour for staff overtime.
