Celebrate Archaeology Month at
Palm Beach County Nature Centers

March is Archaeology Month. Join us for a series of informative presentations about the archaeology found right here in Palm Beach County. These talks will be presented by local archaeologists and are FREE to the public.

Topics will include:

  • The Results of the Boyer Survey of Lake Okeechobee
    presented by Chris Davenport, MA, RPA
    Saturday, March 13, 9:30–10:30am 10:00–11:00am at Riverbend Park and
    Saturday, March 20, 2:00–3:00pm at Green Cay Nature Center

  • Archaeology of Jupiter Inlet
    presented by Dorothy Block, MA
    Saturday, March 20, 2:00–3:00pm at Okeeheelee Nature Center

  • The Archaeology of the Belle Glade Peoples
    presented by Greg Mount, MA, RPA
