CAMPER AGES, SESSION DATES & FEES


Youth Camp is for ages 6 – 11.
Teen Camp is for ages 12 – 15.
Ages are as of September 1, 2014.

  • Session I: June 16 - July 11 (no camp July 4)
    Youth Camp Fee: $340    Teen Camp Fee: $380  
     Fees include a $20 non-refundable registration
           
  • Session II: July 14 - August 8
    Youth Camp Fee: $340    Teen Camp Fee: $380  
    Fee include a $20 non-refundable registration

Fees include: 2 T-shirts, field trips, lunch and snack.

Summer Camp Skating
Camps provide structured programming from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm daily.
Early/late bird hours are available for free 7:30-9:00 am and 4:00-5:30 pm with self-directed supervised programming.

LOTTERY PROCESS

At West Jupiter and West Boynton Camps
A lottery system ensures equal access to camp registration. Parents/guardians have multiple days to apply online, in person or by fax, at each camp, for inclusion in the lottery. Parents are notified of the results of the lottery: whether their child/children have a slot in camp or will be placed on a waiting list.

      • March 25-31: Lottery applications accepted in person, by fax, or online.
        In person, bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate and completed lottery application to the camp site during business hours.

        By fax, send a copy of the child’s birth certificate and completed lottery application to the camp location. A receipt will be e-mailed to you. If you do not have an e-mail address or do not receive confirmation, contact the Camp location prior to March 31 to ensure your application was received.

      • April 4: Parents contacted with lottery results
      • April 7-14 at 5:00 pm: Registration with payment accepted in person or online
        Any registration/payment not received by 5:00 pm on April 14 results in forfeiture of any slots(s) in summer camp.



WALK-IN REGISTRATION

Westgate Camp conducts a walk-in and online registration beginning April 26, 2014 from 8:00 am – 12:00 noon and continues until filled. Registration forms will not be accepted prior to this date. Copy of child’s birth certificate required. (In the interest of fairness, we must limit registration to 4 children per adult.)

PAYMENT

Payment for the child's first four weeks of camp is due at the time of registration. No deposit will be required for additional sessions. All specialty camps must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment for remaining sessions must be received no later than June 2 by 5:00 pm. No reminders for payment will be provided.

The preferred method of payment is by credit/debit card. Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to PBC-BOCC. Photo identification is required.

Registration Fee, Cancellations, & Refunds
There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee per camper per session. Once you register your child, no refunds will be issued if cancellation is received less than 15 business days prior to the start of the session. Payments made by credit card will be refunded within 3 – 5 business days. Payments made by cash/check will be refunded within approximately 6-8 weeks.
