Interested in increasing your mobility? Tired of sitting in a wheelchair all day? If you’d like to stretch your muscles, get active, relieve joint pain, reduce stress, you name it…. This program is for you. Exercises and routines are specifically designed for each participant. Program is recommended for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility impairments.

Ages: Adults, Seniors (Teens welcome to join)
Days:
Mondays and Wednesdays
Program Dates: April 2 - September 26, 2012
Time: 10:00-11:00 am

  • Maximum Enrollment: 12
  • Registration:On-going beginning March 1, 2012
  • Fee:$6 per class or $40 for a pass of 8 classes
