We want all citizens of Palm Beach County to be "Informed Consumers". Our staff conducts interesting presentations to service organizations, homeowners associations and local high schools. Presentations include information on consumer rights/responsibilities, identity theft, credit issues, consumer fraud, telemarketing and regulated industries.

Investigators and Compliance Officers respond to consumer inquiries concerning businesses and landlords. We strive to resolve disagreements through mediation, but cannot legally mandate resolutions on opposing parties. We monitor business activities for illegal, unfair and deceptive trade practices.
