Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs is proposing revisions to County Towtruck Ordinance 2005-009.  To review the latest revisions click on the link below to view a PDF version of the proposed ordinance.  New language is underscored, while language that is being removed has strike-throughs.  All changes have been highlighted in yellow.   The County Attorney’s Office is going through a final review of the Ordinance.  It is possible that some changes will be needed.  The Ordinance draft posted with this announcement is dated October 5, 2009.  Please check this web site often to determine if new Ordinance revisions have been posted.

Copies of the Ordinance may also be obtained by visiting the Consumer Affairs Office at 50 South Military Trail, Suite 201 in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

The Ordinance is tentatively to be considered by the Board of County Commissioners in December, 2009.  The County Commissioners must consider the ordinance for at least 2 meetings before it can become law.
