Palm Beach County has established a Disabled Transportation Assistance Program to provide transportation to Red Cross Hurricane shelters for disabled persons who live in an evacuation zone or a mobile home.

In order to be eligible for the Disabled Transportation Assistance Program, a citizen must meet the following criteria:

1. Live in an evacuation zone or mobile home
2. Be physically handicapped
3. Have no other means of transportation

If you meet the above criteria, you must pre-register. The transportation service will be assigned based on the information provided on the registration form.
