The Exercise Programs area provides coordination and facilitation for exercises that must be performed by the County on an annual or biennial basis. The Exercise Programs area is completing the development of a 5-year strategic plan to incorporate the training being performed (both required and elective) into a schedule that utilizes a building block approach moving from table-top exercises to full-scale complex exercises involving multiple organizations and agencies that will ensure that Palm Beach County personnel, equipment, programs and procedures are adequate to meet the demands of even the most catastrophic disaster.
