Logistics is defined as “the planning, implementation, and coordination of the details of a business or operation.” The Logistics Section at PBCDEM is responsible for:

• Requisitioning equipment and supplies that support daily and disaster operations
• Maintaining PBCDEM equipment and facilities
• Coordination of points of distribution and logistics staging areas
• Direction and coordination of the Emergency Operating Area program
