Emergency Management reviews all of the following healthcare facility Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMP).  Hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, outpatient surgical centers, and adult day-care centers are required to have proper CEMP’s.  PBC Emergency Management is tasked with ensuring all plans meet established criteria.
