The Recovery and Mitigation Program is Palm Beach County's coordinating link with partnering agencies (including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Flood Insurance Program, Florida Division on Emergency Management and the county's 38 municipalities) for post-disaster recovery activities and for mitigation projects, programs, and initiatives intended to reduce, eliminate or alleviate future losses.
