Local Mitigation Strategy

In accordance with FEMA Requirement 201.6 (b)(1), the public, Steering Committee and LMS general membership are herewith invited to comment on the accompanying updated portions of the 2009 Unified Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Plan and the planning process prior to plan adoption. Comments and suggestions on the planning process may be submitted to Struesda@pbcgov.org. Comments must be received by May 22, 2009 in order to be considered for inclusion into the draft plan being submitted to the state and FEMA on May 28th. Comments received after May 22 will be considered for inclusion in the Final Plan to be submitted in November 2009.
