Under the Department of Public Safety, the Justice Services Division provides professional assistance to both the citizens of Palm Beach County and the Justice System through a variety of highly professional programs. 

These programs are age and issue specific. Services are centered around legal issues impacting children, teens, adults and the elderly. Appropriate services are provided through programs that include mentoring, monitoring, arbitration, guardianship, legal aid, legal representation, guidance, counseling, therapy, education, psychological testing and evaluation.
