A “Business Information Report” provides information to consumers
about businesses operating in Palm Beach County. The report summarizes any consumer allegations and subsequent case dispositions.
Some listed businesses will have no consumer allegations. The report also provides basic
information about businesses or landlords (i.e., address, phone number, contact person,
website address, owner/president’s name, etc.) – if known.
The online “Business Information Reports” contain information received by Palm Beach County
Consumer Affairs over the past three years.
Detailed complaint case histories and business licensing information are available only through personal examination
of files at the Consumer Affairs office in West Palm Beach.
Online searches may be made by company name, type of business or by zip code of the business.
The Consumer Affairs does not rate or recommend businesses. It is
impossible to know the volume of business or the number of customer contacts.
Discerning consumers make better decisions about businesses by gathering
information from a variety of sources and personal recommendations.
