	Riverbend Regional Park Historic District is located in Jupiter Farms. This landscape has likely been occupied for the last 12,000 years. Of particular importance to the district is the Battle of Loxahatchee, which occurred on the property on January 24th 1838. Today this is one of the few remaining Seminole War era sites that survive in Florida. The Board of County Commissioners created the historic district in 1999.
