The Palm Beach County Planning Division is hosting an informational public meeting regarding the proposed changes to future land uses on specific parcels along the priority redevelopment areas (PRAs) of Military Trail, S. Congress Avenue and Lake Worth Road, as well as the intersection of 10th Avenue North and Florida Mango Road. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, at 6 P.M., at Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth.
The proposed changes would assign an urban Future Land Use (FLU) designation to promote redevelopment and infill within the county’s Urban Redevelopment Area (URA). This informational meeting is co-sponsored by Dr. Maria Vallejo, Lake Worth Campus Provost.
Please use Rose Parking Lot if arriving via 6th Avenue South or Blue Parking Lot areas B6 and B7 if arriving via Lake Worth Road. Do not use parking spaces labeled “Reserved.”
